The 6 Emotional Needs of Human Beings

I wanna talk about six underlying emotional needs
that each of us has, its human beings and the six fundamental emotional needs:
safety, variety, connections, significance, contribution and growth, and if
you're out of balance in any one of these emotional needs, tend to find it as
an addiction or habitual repeated habits that your subconscious is trying to
use to fulfill that need.
that's not
being met by your life now, these are not reality needs, these are emotional
needs. and very often a change in the way you perceive the world, can lead to a
change in whether your emotional need is being met, if you have the need of
safety not being met because you're looking at your life and feeling that, it's
deeply unsafe.
one of the things that you can change is rather
than aiming to be completely prepared for every possible thing that comes, is
practicing the art of trusting yourself to be resourceful with whatever you
face, and if you can develop an attitude of resourcefulness whatever life
throws out me I'll find the way with the resources I have, the skills I have,
the people I have around me, to get through. that's an internal mechanism for
increasing the degree to which you could feel safe in the world.
